Role Overview

We’re looking for a Flight Operations & Guest Services Coordinator to be the friendly face greeting our customers, managing tour check-ins, and ensuring all flight operations run smoothly. You’ll handle everything from scheduling pilots to providing safety briefings—while also maintaining our aircraft and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Check-In & Safety

    • Welcome guests at Miami Executive Airport, verify IDs, collect onsite payments, and ensure waivers are signed.
    • Provide accurate and engaging pre-flight safety briefings.
  • Flight Scheduling

    • Use our scheduling system to assign flights to pilots and manage tour calendars.
    • Communicate changes or updates to pilots and customers promptly.
  • Operational Support

    • Coordinate with pilots, escort customers to the aircraft, assist passengers with safe boarding and deplaning, open/close aircraft doors, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
    • Keep flights running on schedule with minimal delays.
  • Aircraft Handling & Maintenance

    • Wash the helicopter and airplane weekly, and maintain a clean interior.
    • Safely move the helicopter in and out of the hangar each day.
    • Keep the aircraft area neat, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.
  • Customer Service & Bookings

    • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person inquiries.
    • Provide information about tours, pricing, and availability.
    • Book tours and coordinate reservations, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to flight.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish: Excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • 1–3 years in a customer service or operational role (aviation, tourism, or hospitality preferred).
  • 40 hours per week: Typically Wednesdays through Sundays, with Mondays and Tuesdays off.
    • Regular Start Time: 10:30 AM, with some flexibility to start later depending on the day’s tour schedule.
  • Attention to Detail: Safety and cleanliness are crucial in aviation.
  • Team Player: You’ll collaborate daily with pilots, managers, and customers from around the world.
  • Bonus: Prior aviation/tourism experience is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $17–$20 per hour (commensurate with experience).
  • As a W-2 employee, we provide the legally required benefits in Florida, which include:
    • Payroll tax withholdings (federal income tax, Social Security, Medicare).

    • Workers’ compensation insurance (as required by Florida law).

2) Helicopter Pilot

Job Description:

  • Conduct scenic guided helicopter tours over Miami, providing passengers with a safe, enjoyable, and informative experience.
  • Maintain and inspect the helicopter in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies, reporting any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with the ground crew and dispatch team to ensure efficient tour operations, including loading and unloading passengers.
  • Stay up-to-date with weather conditions and air traffic in the Miami area, making informed decisions regarding flight cancellations or rescheduling when necessary.
  • Keep the helicopter clean and well-maintained, both internally and externally, to ensure a presentable and professional appearance for passengers and company branding.
Job Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Commercial Helicopter Pilot License (CPL-H)
  • Minimum of 850 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time in helicopters
  • Minimum of 600 hours in Robinson R44 helicopters
  • Completed a full Robinson safety course
  • Previous experience in conducting sightseeing tours
  • Previous experience flying in Class Bravo airspace
  • Previous experience flying over the ocean
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
