Your $100 reservation deposit is fully refundable if your tour is canceled due to rain, technical issues, or safety concerns.

To stay within our aircraft’s safety limits, the following passenger weight restrictions apply:

• Helicopter tours: Maximum of 300 lbs (136 kg) per passenger. For groups of three, the combined passenger weight must not exceed 600 lbs (272 kg).

• Airplane tours: The combined passenger weight must not exceed 500 lbs (227 kg).

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in. Late arrival for check-in may reduce your flight time, and arrivals after departure time will be considered a no-show with no refund.

If you have a car, you can drive to Magic Air Tours, located inside Miami Executive Airport. There are free parking available. It is also very convenient to go by Uber or any type of taxi.

Magic Air Tours staff speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. The team use language apps to communicate with customers that speak other languages.

We recommend tours for children 3 years old and up. For safety, each child must have their own seat and wear a seatbelt during the flight.

You will receive an email confirmation that represents your ‘boarding pass’. At the day of the tour, you can show it to us in your smartphone or printed.

We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sun glasses for flights during the day.

2. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your flight for free up to 48 hours before your tour. No-shows are charged in full and are nonrefundable.
3. Deposit Policy: To book your tour, only a $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is paid at check-in on the day of the tour, and the deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your selected tour. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

No. For safety reasons, Magic Air Tours does not allow pets, emotional support animals, or service dogs on any flights. Animals may become scared during the flight and react unexpectedly, which could create a safety concern for passengers, the pilot, and the aircraft.
