All passengers must present a government issued photo identification card, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with the credit card which must match the name on the ID.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, we cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 280lbs (or 127kg). For groups of three passengers, total passenger weight should not exceed 550lbs (250kg).
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in. Late arrival for check-in may reduce your flight time, and arrivals after departure time will be considered a no-show with no refund.
If you have a car, you can drive to CR Aviation, located inside Miami Executive Airport. There are free parking available. It is also very convenient to go by Uber or any type of taxi.
We recommend tours for children 2 years old and up. For safety, each child must have their own seat and wear a seatbelt during the flight.
You will receive an email confirmation that represents your ‘boarding pass’. At the day of the tour, you can show it to us in your smartphone or printed.

Yes, you may bring your camera or mobile phone to take photos and videos during the tour. Selfie sticks and similar accessories are not allowed for safety reasons.

We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sun glasses for flights during the day.
Some disabled travelers may be accommodated, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us in advance to discuss your situation. The accompanying person will be responsible for assisting the passenger in getting in and out of the aircraft.
- Cancellation due to bad weather: If your tour is canceled due to bad weather or any operational issues, you can choose to receive full refunds or reschedule for another day.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your flight for free up to 48 hours before your tour. No-shows are charged in full and are nonrefundable.
- Deposit Policy: To book your tour, only a $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is paid at check-in on the day of the tour, and the deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your selected tour. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
- Arrival:Please arrive 30 minutes early for check in. Arrivals after the scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show with no refund.

If it is not safe to fly due to rain or weather conditions, you may reschedule your tour or receive a full refund. All flight decisions are made by the Magic Air Tours pilot for safety.

Yes. We request that all customers sign our waivers prior to the flight.
No. For safety reasons, Magic Air Tours does not allow pets, emotional support animals, or service dogs on any flights. Animals may become scared during the flight and react unexpectedly, which could create a safety concern for passengers, the pilot, and the aircraft.

Champagne or Prosecco may be purchased at our office for $79 per bottle. Flower bouquet arrangements are available upon request by email, and pricing depends on the type of bouquet selected.
