At check-in: Passengers may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification and operational safety purposes. Magic Air Tours reviews the ID at check-in and does not retain a copy as part of its standard process.

Video surveillance: Magic Air Tours may use video surveillance cameras in its office and check-in areas for safety, security, and operational protection. Security footage is generally retained for up to 30 days and then deleted, unless a longer retention period is reasonably necessary for incident review, legal obligations, or safety-related purposes.

3. Booking Platform

Magic Air Tours uses Bookeo as its booking and reservation platform. When you make a reservation through our website, your information may be collected and processed through Bookeo for scheduling, booking management, and customer communication related to your reservation. 4. Payment Processing

Payments made through our website or business may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe and GoPayment by Intuit. Payment information submitted during a transaction is processed by the applicable payment provider according to its own systems, privacy practices, and security procedures. Magic Air Tours does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

5. Automated Messaging & Artificial Intelligence

Magic Air Tours uses automated messaging tools powered by artificial intelligence (AI) to respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and SMS. These tools may process your messages to understand your request and provide relevant information about our tours and services.

Automated responses are provided for informational purposes. For complex requests, a human team member will follow up with you directly. You may opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

6. SMS & WhatsApp Communications

Opt-in. By texting our business number (786) 431-2165, by clicking a “TEXT or SMS” call-to-action on magicairtours.com, by checking an SMS opt-in box on our booking or contact form, or by providing your mobile phone number when making a reservation, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Magic Air Tours LLC. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Types of messages. Messages may include booking confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling notifications, flight reminders sent on the day of your flight (typically advising you to arrive 30 minutes early), payment links, weather-related updates, customer service replies, and other operational or transactional communications related to your reservation.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us and the status of your bookings.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details.

Help & opt-out. For help at any time, reply HELP or contact us at the information in Section 15. To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP at any time; you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. To opt out of WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or block the number.

Mobile information sharing (mandatory disclosure). Magic Air Tours LLC does not share, sell, rent, lease, or disclose your mobile phone number or any mobile information collected through SMS opt-in to any third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties under any circumstances. Your mobile information is used solely to communicate with you regarding your bookings, inquiries, and customer support with Magic Air Tours LLC. Service providers and processors that we engage to operate the SMS service on our behalf (such as Twilio for SMS delivery and our internal automation and AI tools) are bound by contractual obligations to use the information only to deliver our messages and may not use it for their own marketing or any other purpose.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, understand how visitors use the site, and measure general website performance.

Magic Air Tours uses Google Analytics to better understand website traffic and visitor behavior. Magic Air Tours does not currently use dedicated email marketing platforms for newsletter-style marketing campaigns through the website.

Magic Air Tours retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution, and safety-related purposes.

Information presented at check-in for identity verification is reviewed and not retained as part of our standard process. Video surveillance footage is generally retained for up to 30 days and then deleted, unless a longer retention period is reasonably necessary. Booking records are typically retained for up to 3 years for accounting and legal compliance.
