Magic Air Tours operates an SMS-based customer service and booking-support service from the business number (786) 431-2165. The service is offered to customers and prospective customers in the United States who have provided express consent to receive SMS messages from Magic Air Tours.

  • Payment links for the $100 deposit required to confirm a booking

  • Post-flight follow-ups and feedback requests

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us and the status of your bookings. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees. Magic Air Tours is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To opt back in at any time, reply START, or send a new message to (786) 431-2165.

10. AI-Assisted Responses

SMS replies from Magic Air Tours may be generated or assisted by an AI-powered virtual assistant operating on our behalf. The assistant is identified as such and you may at any time ask to speak to a human team member. Sensitive transactions (such as collecting the $100 deposit) are completed via a secure payment link rather than over SMS.

11. Service Availability and Limitations

Magic Air Tours is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages due to wireless carrier issues, network outages, device incompatibility, location-based service restrictions, or other technical conditions outside our control.

12. Changes to These Terms

Magic Air Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the SMS service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
